The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) clarified the Cabinet's approval of the new Social Insurance Law, restricting its application to new labor market entrants. It stated that the provisions of the Civil Retirement Law and the Social Insurance Law will continue to apply to current subscribers, except for provisions related to the statutory retirement age and the qualifying period.
