The General Organization for Social Insurance has launched an awareness campaign to introduce the Maternity Compensation Benefit, under which female subscribers enrolled in the Occupational Hazards and Additional Compensations branch and subject to the Social Insurance Law are entitled to a three-month cash compensation upon childbirth, subject to eligibility conditions.
