The General Commission for Audiovisual Media monitors 128 violating advertisements

As part of its efforts to regulate the advertising market, the General Commission for Audiovisual Media monitored 128 violating advertisements by 94 individuals who practiced advertising activity on social media without obtaining the "Mawthooq" license for individuals providing advertising content. The Commission summoned the violating advertisers to take regulatory action against them; since the Mawthooq license took effect, a total of 460 violating advertisements by 335 advertising individuals have been recorded. The Commission called on individuals engaged in advertising to obtain a Mawthooq license, inviting consumers to report violators via the complaints center (920004242) or the Nafeth service.
