The General Authority for Audiovisual Media announces its need to lease a building in Riyadh in accordance with the State Real Estate Leasing and Vacation Regulation and its implementing rules. The building must be located in the northern part of Riyadh on a main road, is preferably near a metro network or station for ease of access, and must be newly constructed.
