Media Regulation launches the second phase of professional registration for media professionals
تنظيم الإعلام تطلق المرحلة الثانية من التسجيل المهني للإعلاميين
The General Authority for Media Regulation launched the second phase of professional registration for media professionals, requiring all workers in the media field to register professionally with the Authority. The Authority stated the registration aims to preserve the rights of the media profession, document practitioners' data, and offer benefits including priority attendance at media events, workshops and seminars. It called on media professionals to register via the "Elaam" media services platform (elaam.gamr.gov.sa) before the end of the first half of 2024, covering more than 50 media professions. More than 5,500 media professionals benefited from registration in the first phase since the project launched in 2020.
