The Authority Organizes a Workshop on Media Work Mechanisms for Hajj Season 1445 AH

The General Authority for Media Regulation, in partnership with the Media and Marketing Committee of the Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, organized a workshop titled "Media Work Mechanisms for Hajj Season 1445 AH." The workshop targeted audiovisual production institutions, TV and radio channels, advertising agencies, and printing institutions, covering the Authority's regulations and media practice mechanisms during Hajj, including field-filming permit issuance. Participants also learned about services the Authority provides to media professionals during Hajj, such as facilitating equipment entry through international ports and temporary studios in the holy sites. The Authority also noted it had launched a unified media card service for local and international media professionals this year.
