The Geospatial Authority Participates in the Global Geospatial Forum 2026 in Amsterdam

The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information participated in the Global Geospatial Forum 2026, held from 27 April to 1 May 2026 at the RAI Amsterdam centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, led by Deputy President Engineer Ahmed bin Saleh Al-Wusaydi. The Authority showcased Saudi Arabia's experience in developing the geospatial sector through a dedicated pavilion featuring the National Geospatial Platform and initiatives spanning geodetic infrastructure, mapping, hydrographic surveying, and innovative geospatial solutions. The Authority also took part in several forum sessions covering topics such as open data and security, high-definition maps and autonomous mobility, and geospatial challenges facing small island developing states.
