On Flag Day.. GEOSA Evokes the Symbolism of the Saudi Flag and the Meanings of Unity and Belonging

The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) celebrated Saudi Flag Day on Wednesday, 11 March 2026, at its headquarters through a national event highlighting the symbolism of the Saudi flag and values of unity and national belonging. The event was attended by GEOSA President Dr. Eng. Mohammed bin Yahya Al-Sayel, who delivered a speech describing the flag as a symbol that has accompanied the state since its founding, representing unity and sovereignty. The event also included a lecture delivered by Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Fawzan, Vice President and Secretary-General of the King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue, on the flag's national significance.
