"GEOSA" and "SLA" Launch Achievements of the Joint Cooperation Project for the Development and Management of the Geospatial Ecosystem

The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) and the Singapore Land Authority (SLA) jointly launched the achievements of their cooperation project for the development and management of the geospatial ecosystem, covering the period 2023–2025. The two authorities released a joint publication highlighting accomplishments across five pillars: geospatial standards, geospatial platforms, geospatial data, geospatial intelligence, and geospatial excellence. Cooperation also extended to developing ties between the Arab Committee and the Asian Committee of UN experts on geospatial information management, with the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) involved as well. Additionally, the Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) awarded GEOSA a prize for excellence in developing the geospatial ecosystem at the national level.
