GEOSA Obtains ISO 27001:2022 International Certification in Information Security

The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information (GEOSA) obtained the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 international certification for information security management systems. GEOSA stated this reflects efforts to strengthen governance and compliance with national and international standards, aligning with National Cybersecurity Authority controls. The authority had previously obtained ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 20000-1:2018 for data center systems and procedures.
