The General Directorate of Civil Defense warned against leaving flammable materials inside vehicles during summer due to high temperatures across the Kingdom, which could cause fires. It urged ensuring vehicles are free of power banks, phone batteries, lighters, gas canisters, perfumes, and liquid hand sanitizers, and stressed following preventive safety guidance and contacting 911 (in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province) or 998 (in other regions) for emergencies.
