GASTAT announces the winning teams in the Data Innovation Hackathon

The General Authority for Statistics announced the winning teams of its Data Innovation Hackathon, held from February 15 to April 15, 2026, as part of the "Road to Riyadh" events ahead of the 6th UN World Data Forum in November 2026. The hackathon featured two tracks — "Innovative Data Collection" and "Intelligent Processing and Classification" — with 132 teams competing, 16 reaching the final stage (eight per track), and six teams ultimately selected as winners. GASTAT will hold the closing ceremony at its headquarters on Monday, April 20.
