GASTAT joined GCC countries in celebrating Gulf Statistics Day, marked annually on 24 December, under the theme 'Unified Data for Shared Vision.' GASTAT President Fahad Aldossari said the day underscores GCC commitment to statistical integration and harmonized data. The GCC Ministerial Council approved designation of the annual day during its 141st session in Manama, Bahrain, on 24 November 2016.
