The General Authority for Foreign Trade held an introductory workshop on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, at the Ministry of Finance headquarters, covering the World Trade Organization, trade policy review, and the Saudi negotiating team, with the aim of familiarizing the Ministry of Finance and its affiliated entities with the Kingdom's foreign trade obligations, including WTO commitments and their latest developments. The workshop provided an overview of the WTO, trade policy reviews, member states' trade policy obligations, and introduced the technical teams emanating from the Saudi negotiating team along with their mandates and responsibilities.
