Diriyah Gate Development Authority Concludes the Second Edition of the Diriyah Global Seminar

The Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) concluded the second edition of the Diriyah Global Seminar (DGS) under the theme "Timeless Knowledge", held at the Diriyah Education Office on December 8th and 9th. The seminar focused on "The Crossroads of Trade and Tradition: Diriyah and Central Arabia's Role in Global Exchange", structured around three streams covering material heritage, intangible heritage, and textual heritage. Activities included panel discussions, presentations, and an accompanying exhibition featuring publications, artifacts, and photographs related to the history of Riyadh and Diriyah. The seminar was held in partnership with the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darrah), the Heritage Commission, and the AlTurath Foundation, alongside international knowledge partners including IASA, ARCHIAM, and the French Research Centre of the Arabian Peninsula.
