DGDA and Samhaniya Sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Cultural Cooperation

The Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) and Samhaniya Company, a firm specializing in the management and operation of cultural destinations, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance cooperation on joint plans and projects embodying the cultural, historical, and heritage values of Diriyah. The MoU covers development of strategic initiatives engaging local entrepreneurs and SMEs, partnerships with companies in the hospitality and crafts sectors, preservation of historical sites, adaptive reuse of heritage and modern buildings, and organization of public arts and culture programs including exhibitions, workshops, and artist residency programs. Both parties described the agreement as a strategic step toward strengthening cultural cooperation, supporting the local economy, and highlighting Diriyah's cultural identity at local and international levels.
