DGA Issues the Guideline for the Use of Virtual Meeting Systems and Applications

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) issued the Guideline for the Use of Virtual Meeting Systems and Applications to support government agencies in adopting appropriate practices for virtual meeting technologies and enhancing communication among employees. The Guideline aims to raise awareness of rules and requirements for the secure use of virtual meeting systems while mitigating risks such as data loss or reputational harm resulting from unauthorized use of government resources. It also outlines key requirements for infrastructure, applications, and technical tools to enhance government agencies' readiness for virtual meetings and provide a flexible digital work environment aligned with regulations issued by the DGA and other competent government agencies.
