The Digital Government Authority (DGA) held a virtual workshop titled "Generative AI Enhanced by Cloud Computing and Its Role in Transforming Public Sector Services," in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, attended by over 280 representatives from 100 government agencies. The workshop covered cloud computing objectives, global best practices, business models, generative AI-based decision-making, and data management strategies. The Authority highlighted its target of achieving at least 50% cloud service adoption by 2025, with a goal of reaching 80% by 2030, and noted that this workshop is part of a periodic series aimed at accelerating cloud transformation in digital government.
