The Digital Government Authority (DGA) received the "Proven Business Impact Award" from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) for its role in enhancing beneficiary experience through the Unified Design System, "Platform Code." The award was announced during a virtual ceremony held in conjunction with World Customer Experience Day on October 7, 2025. More than 110 government agencies have implemented the Unified Design System.
