The Digital Government Authority launched the "Life Experiences" Program to build a unified, integrated digital experience for beneficiaries of government services. Governor Eng. Ahmed Alsuwaiyan said the program aims to reduce the steps and time needed to complete government procedures by integrating with government agencies, and to provide proactive services that improve quality of life for citizens, expatriates, and visitors, in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The program prioritizes the beneficiary perspective over policies and procedures and incorporates beneficiary feedback to improve digital government services.
