DGA launches the "Digital Report" Service

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) launched the "Digital Report" service through the Beneficiary Engagement Center "Amer" to enhance participation and interaction with digital government services. Governor Eng. Ahmed Mohammed Alsuwaiyan said the service aims to open communication channels and listen to beneficiary suggestions. The service offers three paths: escalating a complaint on a digital service unresolved after 5 days, applying to convert a paper service to digital, and proposing development of a digital service.
