DGA Launches the Digital Experience Maturity Index 2026

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced the launch of the fifth cycle of the Digital Experience Maturity Index 2026, with the participation of 61 selected digital platforms based on specific criteria. The Index measures the maturity of government digital platforms, products, and services and their associated channels through 4 main perspectives and 20 themes, including beneficiary satisfaction, user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools. It aims to advance the Kingdom's position in leading international indicators, provide a seamless digital experience for beneficiaries including persons with disabilities and the elderly, and enhance entities' responsiveness to complaints.
