DGA Integrates and Closes 267 Digital Platforms

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) announced the integration and closure of 267 digital platforms across various sectors to improve government service delivery and digital efficiency. Under its "Whole of Government" program launched in 2022, the number of government platforms fell from 817 at launch to 550 by the end of the first half of 2025. Examples cited include the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing closing 37 platforms within "Balady" (over 80% completion), the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services' "Logisti" platform offering 200+ services, and the Ministry of Health's "Sehhaty" platform serving over 30 million users with 140 million e-prescriptions issued and over 80 million appointments and 7 million instant consultations.
