DGA Wins Gold Award at the Saudi Customer Experience Awards (SCXA)

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) secured first place (gold) at the Saudi Customer Experience Awards (SCXA) in the "Best Business Change and Transformation" category for 2025, in recognition of its "Platforms Code" initiative, which improved the quality of the digital experience across government services and enabled agencies to provide unified, beneficiary-centric services. SCXA is an annual national award organized by the Saudi Customer Experience Association and CXKSA, and serves as the local edition of the International Customer Experience Awards.
