The Digital Government Authority (DGA) issued the Guideline for Cloud Computing Adoption by Government Agencies, aimed at enhancing digital performance, service quality, and beneficiary experience in line with DGA's strategic directions and international best practices. The guideline is intended to accelerate cloud computing adoption in government agencies, provide clear guidance for selecting service providers, support the adoption process, improve productivity, increase flexibility and speed, support expansion, reduce costs, ensure business continuity, and measure progress toward the Kingdom's targeted cloud adoption rate.
