DGA Launches the "Digital Excellence Program"

The Digital Government Authority (DGA) launched the "Digital Excellence Program", aiming to enable government agencies to enhance their digital maturity and adopt global best practices in digital transformation, building on prior achievements in institutional architecture. The program is built around four pillars — strategy, technology, operations, and resources — covering areas such as national enterprise architecture, open-source software, cloud computing, financial enablement, and artificial intelligence, and offers technical assessments, advisory services, guidance frameworks, and training programs. The Authority will also conduct introductory workshops for government agencies to present the program's objectives, components, and implementation dimensions, and to discuss activation mechanisms and integration with agencies' digital transformation plans.
