The Digital Government Authority issued the Technical Guideline for Vendor Classification in the ICT Sector, to raise awareness among private-sector vendors about the classification process and how to apply for technical classification through the Digital Government Cluster (DGC) portal. The Guideline promotes ICT vendors' compliance with DGA regulations and aligns the National Classification of Economic Activities (ISIC4) with the Digital Classification of Government Procurement. It covers the classification journey, registration instructions, qualification, vendor classification and certification, and updating and renewal of the classification certificate, and includes an appendix with the ISIC4 alignment and a classification-journey flowchart.
