The Digital Government Authority (DGA) held two awareness workshops, "National Overall Reference Architecture NORA 2.0" and "Saudi Arabia's Digital Experience Maturity Index", from 30 December 2024 to 2 January 2025 at its headquarters in the Mursalat Complex, with over 45 representatives from government agencies attending. The workshops introduced agencies to the updated National Overall Reference Architecture, launched on 15 December 2024 during the Digital Government Forum held alongside the Internet Governance Forum in Riyadh, and reviewed the National Enterprise Architecture Integrated Framework, its national methodology and supporting guidelines, discussing implementation challenges and recommendations.
