The Capital Market Authority announced its decision approving Saudi Fransi Capital's application to publicly offer units of the "BSF Small and Mid-Cap Saudi Equity Fund." The Authority stated that its approval of the offering does not constitute an endorsement of the investment's feasibility, and reflects only that the regulatory requirements under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations have been met.
