The Capital Market Authority approved Dallah Health Services Company's request to increase its capital from SAR 1,015,747,690 to SAR 1,218,897,230 by granting one bonus share for every five existing shares held by shareholders registered in the issuer's register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date to be set later by the company's board. The increase raises the share count from 101,574,769 to 121,889,723 shares (an increase of 20,314,954 shares), funded by transferring SAR 109,534,568 from the share premium account and SAR 93,614,972 from the statutory reserve; the extraordinary general assembly must convene within six months of this approval, and the company must complete related regulatory procedures.
