Announcement from the Capital Market Authority Regarding the Approval of the Registration and Offering of Al-Manhal Company Shares in the Parallel Market

The Capital Market Authority announced its Board's decision, dated 14/01/1448 AH corresponding to 29/06/2026, approving Al-Manhal Company's request to register its shares and offer 900,000 shares, representing 15% of its shares, in the Parallel Market. The offering is limited to qualified investors, and the Authority's approval is valid for six months from the decision date, after which it is void if the offering and listing are not completed.
