إعلان من هيئة السوق المالية بشأن الموافقة على طرح وحدات "صندوق دينار للدخل الدوري" طرحاً عاماً

The Capital Market Authority announced its approval for "Dinar Investment Company" to conduct a public offering of units of the "Dinar Periodic Income Fund." The Authority noted that its approval means the regulatory requirements under the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations have been met, and should not be viewed as an endorsement of the merits of investing in the fund.
