Licensing of Sukuk Financial Company to practice custody activity in securities business, and its fulfillment of the requirements for commencing operations

The Capital Market Authority announced that Sukuk Financial Company has fulfilled the requirements to commence practicing custody activity in securities business, which it was licensed to conduct under the Authority's approval dated 16/05/1447 AH corresponding to 06/11/2025, pursuant to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424 AH.
