The Authority's Approval of the Request of Accelerated Solutions for Telecommunications and Information Technology Company to Increase Its Capital Through the Issuance of Bonus Shares

The Capital Market Authority approved the request of Accelerated Solutions for Telecommunications and Information Technology Company to increase its capital from SAR 28,000,000 to SAR 56,000,000, by granting one bonus share for each existing share held by shareholders registered at the depository center at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, to be set later by the company's board. The increase will be funded by transferring SAR 28,000,000 from retained earnings, raising the share count from 28,000,000 to 56,000,000 shares. The extraordinary general assembly must convene within six months of this approval, and the company must complete the related regulatory procedures.
