The Capital Market Authority's Approval of the Request of Naba' Al-Seha Medical Services Company to Increase Its Capital Through the Granting of Bonus Shares

The Capital Market Authority approved the request of Naba' Al-Seha Medical Services Company to increase its capital from SAR 105,000,000 to SAR 210,000,000 through a bonus share issue of one bonus share for each existing share held by shareholders registered in the issuer's register at the depository center at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date, to be set later by the company's board. The capital increase will be funded by transferring SAR 93,000,000 from retained earnings and SAR 12,000,000 from reserves, raising the number of shares from 10,500,000 to 21,000,000, an increase of 10,500,000 shares. The extraordinary general assembly must convene within six months of this approval, and the company must complete the related regulatory procedures.
