Licensing Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia to Conduct Investment Management and Fund Operations Activities and Its Fulfillment of the Requirements for Commencing Business

Pursuant to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424 AH and its implementing regulations, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) announced that Standard Chartered Capital Saudi Arabia has fulfilled the requirements for commencing business for the investment management and fund operations activity, within the securities business it was licensed to conduct under the Authority's approval dated 07/11/1446 AH corresponding to 05/05/2025.
