On Wednesday, 10 June 2026, the President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmad Al-Uhaidib, launched the Board of Grievances 2030 System for Leadership and Impact Maximisation, following its approval by the Administrative Judiciary Council in its session the previous day. The system serves as an integrated strategic framework embodying the Board's vision, development programmes, and future targets, and sets out the methodology for judicial and administrative work across administrative judiciary bodies throughout Saudi Arabia. Its key pillars include governance, institutional excellence, innovation, effective communication, emerging technologies, and organisational and financial sustainability, with the aim of raising beneficiary satisfaction, developing judicial procedures and systems, enabling modern technologies, and building human and judicial capacities.
