On Wednesday, 20 May 2026, the President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmad Al-Uhaidib, met at the Board's headquarters in Riyadh with a number of beneficiaries who had submitted requests through the digital portal to meet with him. He listened to their requests and observations, and directed that they be fulfilled swiftly in accordance with applicable regulations, jurisdictions, and approved procedures, emphasising justice, transparency, and the importance of expanding the use of modern technologies to reduce processing times and improve service quality. The Board of Grievances, under his direction, maintains a direct meeting-request service via the digital portal to strengthen communication with beneficiaries and develop the administrative judiciary system.
