President of the Board of Grievances Meets with Beneficiaries and Directs Acceleration of Achievement and Improvement of Beneficiary Experience

The President of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Ahaidib, met with a number of beneficiaries at the main headquarters in Riyadh on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, as part of the service allowing requests for a meeting with the President via the digital portal, and heard their requests and observations, directing that they be addressed quickly in accordance with applicable regulations. He stressed the importance of expanding the use of modern technologies and accelerating digital transformation to reduce processing times and improve service quality, noting that the digital portal supports direct communication with beneficiaries and monitoring of their feedback.
