The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing stated that objections to municipal violations, fines, and procedures are processed electronically via the "Unified Objections Platform" within a maximum of 15 days from submission, following unified procedures among the relevant regulatory bodies. The platform allows objection requests to be received and processed without visiting ministry, secretariat, or sub-municipality offices, and applicants can track their request status via the Balady platform or app. Services cover individuals (owners and tenants), commercial and service establishments, business sectors, real estate developers, and anyone subject to a penalty under the municipal violations regulation.
