The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing Enables the Issuance of the "Occupancy Certificate" for Buildings via the Balady Platform

In support of construction sector customers, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing made the "Occupancy Certificate" issuance service available via the Balady platform, confirming actual completion of building construction stages. Customers can track the certificate request via SMS and email. Using the service requires a technical report from an engineering office, the absence of any violation on the building, and, for non-residential buildings, contracting with an engineering office.
