وزارة البلديات والإسكان تحدّث الاشتراطات التنظيمية لقطاع الرعاية البيطرية

Action requiredReference

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has updated the regulatory requirements for the veterinary care sector, covering all veterinary facilities including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and housing and training centers. The updated requirements set standards for site location, area, design, equipment, and operations, and mandate a valid commercial registration, approvals from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and Civil Defense, as well as compliance with spatial planning rules, the Saudi Building Code, accessibility provisions for people with disabilities, surveillance cameras, electronic payment means, and QR code display. Complementary activities may not exceed 50% of the facility's area, and veterinary waste must be managed per approved regulations. Compliance is mandatory for all existing and new facilities and is a prerequisite for continuing operations or renewing licenses, with non-compliant facilities subject to regulatory action.
