The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing Calls for Reporting Collective Housing Violations via "Balady" and "940"

البلديات والإسكان تدعو للإبلاغ عن مخالفات السكن الجماعي عبر "بلدي" و"940"

No action neededAwareness

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing called on the public to report collective housing violations via the "Balady" platform or the unified number (940), stating this supports public safety and health and improves quality of life in residential neighborhoods. The Ministry said the step is part of a plan to raise awareness of compliance with approved health and technical requirements for collective housing and continues its regulatory oversight with relevant entities. It noted it previously launched an updated guide on health, technical, and safety conditions for collective individual housing, and that it chairs the National Program for Developing Collective Housing for Individuals, whose members include the Ministries of Interior, Health, Human Resources and Social Development, Commerce, and Industry and Mineral Resources, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, the Authority for Cities and Special Economic Zones, and the Public Health Authority "Waqaya".
