"Municipalities and Housing" and "Investment" Sign a Memorandum of Understanding with Spanish Company Urbas

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by the Housing Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development Agency, and the Ministry of Investment signed a memorandum of understanding with Spanish company Urbas to support and develop investment in Saudi Arabia. The MOU was signed by Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tuwail (Ministry of Municipalities and Housing), Fahad bin Jamal Al-Nuaim (Ministry of Investment), and Adolfo Guerrero, Executive Director of Urbas, aiming to strengthen mutual cooperation in line with the National Investment Strategy.
