Al-Huqayl Attends the Twenty-Fourth Gulf Engineering Forum in the State of Qatar

His Excellency Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Huqayl attended the Twenty-Fourth Gulf Engineering Forum, hosted by the State of Qatar from 7 to 9 March under the theme "Environmental Engineering and Sustainability," and organized by the Ministry of Municipalities, the Gulf Engineering Union, and the Qatar Society of Engineers. The forum comprised five discussion sessions featuring 25 selected working papers across four themes: smart cities and technology, sustainable building materials, efficient building and city management, and waste management and recycling. Al-Huqayl was honored in the "Individuals" category among prominent engineering figures from Gulf states, and participated in the opening of an accompanying engineering exhibition on environment and sustainability with 20 participants from government, semi-government, and private sector entities across the Gulf.
