Signing of 5 Agreements to Develop 4 Schemes and Construct 6,265 Residential Units in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and Al-Qassim

The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing witnessed the signing of 5 agreements between several companies and financial/investment funds to develop 4 residential schemes covering a total area of 3,390,000 m2 and construct 6,265 residential units in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Jeddah, and Unaizah Governorate, attended by the Ministry's Deputy Minister for Housing Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development, Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri. Anaan Real Estate CEO Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Dahik signed two agreements with the Milkiya Investment Fund, one with the Itqan Capital Fund, and two with modern construction technology providers (Al-Mabani Al-Hamila for Industry Company and Care International for Industry Company). The 4 schemes are: Rawabi Al-Usaila in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Shorouq in Jeddah, and Hattin and Al-Reem in Unaizah Governorate, Al-Qassim region.
