The National Programme for the Development of Individual Collective Housing Invites Establishments with 20 or More Workers to Issue Licences Through the "Balady" Platform

The National Programme for the Development of Individual Collective Housing invited all establishments with 20 or more workers to obtain a collective housing licence through the "Balady" platform, following the requirements and guidelines published on the platform. Establishments that fail to obtain the licence will be exposed to regulatory violations under the guidance manual for monitoring collective housing, and to suspension of certain government services, including visa expansion and worker transfer via the "Qiwa" platform. The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing chairs the Programme, whose members include the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, the Authority for Special Economic Zones and Cities, and the Public Health Authority ("Waqaya").
