Balady Signs a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding with the Asir Municipality to Enhance Quality of Life and Digital Transformation

Balady, the municipal licensing platform under NHC Innovation, signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Asir Municipality (Amanat Asir). The MoU covers cooperation on digital municipal services, training and capacity building, and studies a "digital twin" project within the municipality, as well as developing and operating "fast-track" services. It was signed by the Governor of Asir Region, Eng. Abdullah bin Mahdi Al-Jalali, and Balady's CEO Yasser bin Nasser Al-Obaidan, in the presence of the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.
