Al-Huqail Launches the Housing and Real Estate Finance Conference "Euromoney 2023"

The Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Housing Program Committee, Majed bin Abdullah Al-Huqail, launched the fourth edition of the Euromoney Housing and Real Estate Finance Conference under the theme "Opportunities and Challenges in the Housing Market," organized jointly by the Housing Program, the Real Estate Development Fund, the General Real Estate Authority, and the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company. The conference attracted about 500 participants from around the world to discuss topics including risk management, innovation, lessons from international markets, capital markets, the regulatory landscape, mega-projects, liquidity, and rising interest rates, in support of the Housing Program's goal of raising Saudi home ownership to 70% by 2030.
