Strategic Partnership between "Balady" and "Al-Jouf Municipality" to Develop Smart and Sustainable Municipal Services

"Balady" signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Al-Jouf Region Municipality to establish a partnership for developing municipal services, under the patronage of Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Governor of Al-Jouf, and in the presence of Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The memorandum was signed by Al-Jouf Municipality Mayor Eng. Atef bin Mohammed Al-Shariaan and Balady CEO Yasser bin Nasser Al-Obaidan. It covers developing smart digital municipal services, launching training programs and workshops, activating "fast-track" services, and operating an integrated "Balady" unit within the Al-Jouf Municipality with defined roles, responsibilities, and work mechanisms.
